The palate is mellow and flavourful with a creamy texture and soft acidity. Flavours of Russet apple, quince and pineapple combine with hints of vanilla and creamed coconut on the finish. it has wonderful depth of flavour, great balance and a silky elegance.

An off-dry English sparkling wine with refined fruit character. It has a pale golden hue with a steady stream of tiny bubbles.
Floral aromas of almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince.
