This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits.

This well-rounded dry wine has aromas of pear with floral notes of lilac and jasmine and a hint of toastiness from a short time in oak. On the palate, it is plump and centred with a fresh finish.
A smooth texture and a long finish makes this Pinot Blanc a versatile wine for food pairing. Try a glass with roast chicken, mild cheeses, creamy pasta sauces and rich egg dishes like quiche lorraine. This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2018 combines the richness of our 2013 and the depth of 2011 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2023after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.

Here it is! The great 2018 vintage has arrived, our fourth harvest of Lady Elizabeth Rosé. Heralded as one of the best English wine growing years where everything came together, certainly in the South East and particularly Sussex.
Our distinctive pale salmon colour sits alongside deliciously defined fruit. It’s the full gamut of citrus to peach with red fruit scintillation. This wine is built to last and will benefit from extended cork ageing, but nonetheless is also delicious right now and displays our trademark soft mousse and gentle acidity.

A vibrant English sparkling wine with bright citrus notes and crisp freshness. It has a medium lemon colour and fine delicate bubbles. Attractive aromas of acacia blossom and lemon peel mingle with orchard fruits, including green apple and ripe pear plus mild brioche and subtle notes of pastry. On the palate it is deliciously crisp and dry with zest acidity and a lively mousse. Citrus flavours of lemon and yuzu marry greengage and mirabelle plum alongside exotic hints of kumquat and cashew nut. It shows a wonderful purity and saline minerality with a tangy finish.
Serve this dry, sparkling wine well-chilled in a flute as an aperitif. Pair it with canapés including smoked salmon blinis or fish goujons. Enjoy it with Japanese sushi amnd sashimi. A new experimental wine. The grapes were sourced from nearby Essex. They are destemmed and fermented using indigenous yeast and then pressed into an old burgundy barrels. The wine was aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring.This unusual and fun wine is expressive and textured, showcasing aromas of tropical and stone fruit, hints of dried citrus fruits and white pepper.
