A refined English sparkling wine showcasing elegance and complexity, Premier Cuvée is a testament to expert craftsmanship. Aged for 36 months on lees, this wine opens with enticing aromas of crisp green apples, zesty lemons, warm honey, and subtle baked bread.
On the palate, a vibrant, fruit-driven profile emerges, led by citrus notes of lemon and lime, followed by layers of green apple and apricot. Flint Vineyard Pinot Noir Précoce 2023 (6 Bottles) Bungay, Norfolk, England

Silky smooth and fruity on the palate with integrated tannins leaving a textured finish. The wine has not been cold stabilised and might throw a small crystalline deposit. This is harmless and demonstrates its minimal handling.
An early ripening clone of Pinot Noir that was hand harvested in October from our own small parcel and Martin’s Lane vineyard in Essex.
50% semi-carbonic maceration using a fruit-forward yeast strain and 50% crushed fruit using a classic Burgundian yeast.
