Created from a blend of our best grapes, specially blended to complement Thai Green Curry or other exotic dishes as well as rich creamy chicken plates. An aromatic wine with essences of tropical fruits on the nose, followed by a warm balanced palate bursting with melon, sweet grapefruit and a hint of pineapple. A gentle underlying acidity and minerality sustains a seductive finish.
This is delicious with Turkey and also pairs well with spicier foods like a Thai green curry.

This is our Little Waddon Vineyard sparkling ‘Col Fondo Rosso’ 2021
Our single estate Regent grapes grown here on the Jurassic Coast, sealed in tank with CO2 for a twenty-two day skin contact maceration to help break down the skins, followed by a wild fermentation.
Later blended with a portion of oak barrel fermented Triomphe D’Alsace to balance the acidity, and then bottled with approximately 10grams of sugar per litre which produces a second fermentation in bottle.
This produces a low intervention Sparkling Red wine that gives frizzante ‘little’ red bubbles!
Loganberry on the nose, a moreish taste of vanilla pods and blackberry fruit with red chocolate!
Col Fondo is a traditional Italian natural re-fermentation process in bottle: ‘Con il fondo’ translates literally to ‘with the bottom’ meaning sediment or lees is present; so if this bottle has been travelling we suggest you stand it up on it’s bottom in the fridge to rest a while before opening.

This third release of our “SB” is a refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously English Sauvignon Blanc aromas of nettle, gooseberry & grass, heightened by flavours on the palate that deliver a savoury note. bright, fresh and fruit-driven, made with a blend of sustainably grown, aromatic varieties that require minimal intervention in the vineyard. The grapes were pressed under nitrogen to retain their delicate flavours, with a proportion fermented in neutral oak to add complexity. Secondary fermentation was completed in tank using the Charmat Method, making this wine one of the first of its kind produced in England. This vibrant sparkling white is full of fresh lemon and pear. A crisp palate of melon and green apple lead to a bright finish, making it the perfect aperitif.

This structured still Chardonnay comes from a single-vineyard plot on our estate, Boot Hill Vineyard. It is bold, with rounded fruit flavours and a toasty, nutty character.
A bold, intense nose full of ripe lemon, peach and tropical fruits notes, alongside something floral and a toasted savoury note. On the palate, the wine is soft, rich and textural, with ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruits, green apple, lime cordial and yellow plum. As the wine opens up flavours of toasted nuts, forest floor and a distinct peppery note come through. The wine feels muscular and structured, with beautiful weight and balance on the finish.

During the summer months "Chilli" may join you in the court yard to enjoy some summer sun, a few cuddles and of course to see what delights you are enjoying from the on-site food truck! Every year to pay homage to this special lad we name a wine after him (which of course he chooses!!) and this year is his delicious "Chilli Cat Cuvee", cheers "Chilli".
