The “Pygmalion” is a rich and structured wine, packed with citrus characters, honeydew melon, and pineapple with underlying hazelnut and almond characters.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed into Burgundy barrels where they undergo natural fermentation using indigenous yeast. The wine has matured a further 20 months in barrel with frequent lees stirring.

A pale red Pinot Noir, the colour is deceptive, not revealing the powerful red fruits hidden within. Full of wild red fruit characters on the nose, the palate is soft, with intense red cherry and gentle spice from the time spent on oak. The perfect red for summer, ideal with a BBQ.
Winemaker's Notes: Just the ripest Pinot Noir was used for this light red. The grapes were crushed and fermented partly in tank and partly in barrel. Throughout the ferment regular pump overs were conducted to extract a little more colour and weight. The oaked proportion of the blend then spent a further 12 months in oak before being bottled.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. Deep Cherry red rose develops a splash of fruits and flavours of cherries and blackberries, herb, spice and dried Orange peel; it has refreshing strawberry aromas with notes of brioche , which become accentuated after time in the glass with a long fresh finish.
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier The grapes were pressed in a traditional Coquard press. After fermentation the base wines were kept separate and remained on their gross yeast lees over winter to develop additional complexity and richness. The base wines did not go through malolactic fermentation. Bottled in May 2016 the Rose was disgorged on September 2021 and has spent 63 months on the lees.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Since 2003, this property has been in the very capable hands of brothers Antoine and Nicolas Chiquet. Together with Marion (Antoine’s daughter) they work 23 hectares of vineyards in Dizy, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Hautvillers.
Golden yellow hue, fine mousse. Fresh nose of dried fruit (apricot) with a hint of citrus. Smooth palate (Meunier); fresh, balanced and fruity (fresh apricot, white peach, citrus); aromatic finish.
