Pinot Low is a delicious choice for any occasion, especially warm afternoons and fun picnics, allowing you to reduce your alcohol and calorie intake without sacrificing flavour.
This wine-based drink is made with early-picked Pinot Noir grapes, that have very low sugar levels and therefore, their final alcohol content is lower than usual. After crushing follows a short maceration on the skins to extract a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!

Our signature kombucha, citrus cascade, gets most of its delicate flavour from our wonderful green teas but we also add cascade hops during the primary fermentation adding a citrusy note.
We brew using a bespoke blend of green teas from some of the best tea plantations in China, all ethically traded by our partners at rare tea company. They only work with farmers using organic principles who don’t use chemical pesticide or herbicides.
Our Kombucha is brewed and barrel-fermented in our nano brewery situated on Nania’s Vineyard in central Bristol, we have perfected a can-conditioning process and hand-can our kombucha in small batches. We make an authentic kombucha that is RAW and alive inside. It’s very much the real deal and we’re so confident in the provenance of our brew that we offer a S.C.O.B.Y guarantee. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. This wine is 100% Bacchus selected from two blocks from our growers in Essex. These grapes showed exceptional quality and ripeness on arrival at the winery and were separated as a premium offering by our winemaking team.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: An intense nose with layers of gooseberry, pineapple, blackcurrant leaf & lime.
PALATE: A beautiful, balanced wine with excellent structure, including tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf and a smooth mouthfeel. Steely lime acidity continues into a finish that just keeps on going.
