A single estate, blended white wine. The blend is lightly oaked to enhance the butterscotch complexity of white peach and grape flavours and produces a floral and honeysuckle nose, all lightly balanced with a gentle acidity.

Grown in Sussex, just 35 miles from our winery, the grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard. Whole bunch pressed and fermented using indigenous yeast in old burgundy barrels. The wine underwent natural malolactic fermentation and aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring. Our pinot meunier is a delicate interpretation of the variety lending itself to aromas of raspberry, mandarin peel, red floral notes, grapefruit, with hints of citrus zest, and dried cranberry.

Núria Altés is a native of Batea, Terra Alta, and her family have been growers for generations. A proud Catalan, Núria is deeply immersed in the history of the region and will gladly recount the stories of her beloved land over a glass of Garnatxa Negra. She worked in local wineries before forming a partnership with her English husband, Rafael De Haan, to start Herència Altés, a project proudly carrying her family`s name in tribute to their work in the vineyards of Terra Alta over many generations.
Light and bright colour with golden reflections. Very expressive nose that awakens aromas of citrus, fruit and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a vibrant acidity, and very elegant.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. Cuvée Boz – 100% Chardonnay – is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified in stainless steel and without any oak ageing, it shows remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through its flinty minerality and a long, toasty finish.
