The palate intensifies, evolving into tarte Tatin, almond croissant and a dusting of crumble, yet maintaining a precise structure, creamy texture and mouth-watering acidity.
The finish develops a mineral, chalky quality, nodding to our Hampshire terroir, and the svelte mousse remains persistent and elegant. Incredibly complex and immensely enjoyable.

Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Pinot Noir is a mesmerising ruby-red hue sets the stage for an aromatic experience that unfolds with a symphony of wild flowers, fragrant violets, and lively red cherry notes. The palate reveals rich flavours, with the essence of black cherry, and dried herbs weaving together seamlessly. Sinewy tannins, expertly integrated French oak, and a thoughtful blending process result in a wine with a prolonged and seductive finish. While alluring in its youthful vibrancy, the wine possesses the potential to evolve into a hidden gem with age, acquiring additional layers of complexity over time.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. A captivating debut still white wine from Black Chalk, ‘Rumour Has It’ showcases the essence of Kent’s vineyards with a distinctly Black Chalk twist. This Chardonnay, crafted from four tonnes of premium fruit sourced from a trusted friend’s vineyard in Kent, offers a soft, rounded texture courtesy of full malolactic fermentation. A blend of stainless-steel and 30% new French oak fermentation lends the wine a harmonious balance between fresh purity and subtle oak influence.
The palate brims with bright fruit flavors, beautifully integrated with a creamy mouthfeel, delivering a wine of elegance, balance, and unmistakable character.
