Knightor Winery Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (6 Bottles) St Austell Bay, Cornwall, England
Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £60
Character: Rich and spicy
Aromas: Pepper, Dark Fruits, Spice
Flavours: Stewed Dark Fruits, Spice
Style: Grown in polytunnels, so more full bodied than a typical English red.
Food Pairing: Perfect with a Sunday Roast or other hearty meals.
Deep ruby in colour, with aromas of pepper, dark berries and spice. The palate is medium bodied with gentle tannins and a slight earthiness, flavours of stewed dark fruits and spices. The perfect wine for more full flavoured meat and mushroom based dishes.
Winemakers Notes: A cheats wine in many ways! In our climate we can not ripen either Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon as they simply ripen too late, so the grapes for this are grown under cover. The blend is 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet, the grapes are fermented with daily pump overs to extract more colour, depth and body. Towards the end of the fermentation the grapes are pressed and transferred to a mixture of French oak barrels where they remain for over a year. The wine is then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Wine: Still Red
Grape Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Body: Medium
Sweetness: Dry
Alcohol: 12%
Melbury Vale Midnight (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
Raimes Vintage Rosé 2020 (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Pale cherry blossom pink in colour and delicate lemon and rhubarb on the palate, with a fine soft mousse.
It is delicious to drink now and will become increasingly expressive with age. Should you choose to keep your wine store on its side in a cool, dry, dark place where the temperature is reasonably constant.
The Dell Y Gwyllgi Pinot Noir Gin (6 Bottles) Usk, Monmouthshire, Wales
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
We have teamed up with Silver Circle Distillery again this year to create Y Gwyllgi, a Pinot Noir Gin that uses the beautiful leftover skin, pulp and seeds from the winemaking process combined with the wild flavours of foraged Wye Valley botanicals.
Named after a mythical beast the Gwyllgi, gwyll “twilight” + ci “dog”, who is said to appear as a frightful apparition of a Black Wolf with baleful breath and blazing red eyes.

Yotes Court ‘On the Nod’ Bacchus 2021 (6 Bottles) Maidstone, Kent, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This wine is fresh and aromatic, it has aromas of gooseberry, cassis bud and green pineapple on the nose, followed by a zesty palate of pithy pink grapefruit. A classic English Bacchus.
Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.
A race won ‘on the nod’ is thrilling to watch and is so close it is often decided by a photo of the finish. A perfect name for our Bacchus with its crisps, citrus finish. This Bacchus is particularly suited to spring vegetables like asparagus, peas and broad beans, goats cheese, salads without heavy dressings, shellfish and poached or grilled salmon.
Ridgeview Sparkling Red Reserve (6 Bottles) Ditchling Common, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our limited-release Sparkling Red Reserve is made from the finest hand-picked pinot grapes, fermented on their skins. A rich, ruby red in colour with delicate aromas of cherry and vanilla, there are pomegranate and forest fruits on the palate. The subtle hints of sweet peppery spice and long, lingering finish makes for a mouth-watering match with smoky BBQ flavours and grilled summer dishes.
Ashling Park Estate Chardonnay (6 Bottles) Chichester, West Sussex, England
SHIPPING???
From the 2022 harvest at our West Ashling vineyard, this wine opens with an inviting bouquet of local watercress beds, complemented by notes of toasty cashews, cool cinders, and ripe greengage plum.
On the palate, it delivers a delicate interplay of fresh acidity, reminiscent of crunchy nectarine, balanced by a subtle coastal salinity. The finish lingers gracefully, enhanced by a creamy softness imparted by a touch of time in the barrel.
A superb choice as an aperitif, this wine shines when paired with seafood, poultry, or vegetarian dishes, elevating each pairing with its refined complexity.
