This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to Pimms! The white base wine is Dorset grown Phoenix grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly flavorful, slightly sweetened wine is best served over ice. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fruit, or pour into a glass over ice and top with something fizzy. It’s so refreshing and yummy it’ll become your go to sunshine sipper!

This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. This is our classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It has a pale silver lime-leaf green appearance, with continuous small bubbles. It is toasty, with under-ripe pineapple and greengage fruit behind; brut-style, balanced with creamy mousse and great freshness, and a long finish. A Chardonnay that just keeps getting better and better! Fresh and bright on the nose and mouth, with lemon, citrus zest and a lovely savoury salinity. This Chardonnay is a real winner to enjoy on it’s own or alongside fish and chicken dishes served with creamy lemon and dill sauces. Is your mouth watering yet?
The fruit was picked mid October, de-stemmed and pressed with partial wild yeast fermentation with over 70% in oak barrels, 5.4% of it new, and the rest of the ferment in stainless steel.
The 2022 was one of those glorious wine grape growing years. Spring started out mild and frost free. Summer brought so much sun along with the heat and drought, the clay soils loved it! Autumn was kind enough to offer a bountiful harvest and perfect ripeness for our still wines.

Tuffon Hall Sloe Gin is made using our own hand-picked sloe berries from blackthorn hedges on the farm. The sloes are steeped in gin which is distilled in the next door village.
