This signature vintage wine is our classic blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier aged for a minimum of 24 months on its’ yeast lees. This wine presents aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds on the nose perfectly balanced with juicy nectarine, baked apples, and our signature flint minerality on the finish.
This food friendly wine would be a perfect partner to smoked fish, roast chicken or creamy risotto dishes.

We welcomed him with open arms and this very special black cat is loved, adored and spoilt rotten by all his humans!! During the summer months "Chilli" may join you in the court yard to enjoy some summer sun, a few cuddles and of course to see what delights you are enjoying from the on-site food truck! Every year to pay homage to this special lad we name a wine after him (which of course he chooses!!) and this year is his delicious "Chilli Cat Cuvee", cheers "Chilli".

Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2023 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!

A fresh and vibrant blend of Seyval Blanc and Madeleine Angevine, crafted from vines rooted in rich clay soils at the base of the picturesque Mendip Hills. The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. The 2018 Element 20 is made solely from Chardonnay fermented, and aged in 2- to 5-year-old French oak barriques for 12 months and left on full lees prior to bottling in September.
