The nose brims with ripe morello cherry, bramble fruits and raspberry alongside sweet spice, milk chocolate and toasted notes. On the palate, there are bold, ripe, dark fruits of plum and blackberry with juicy strawberry and red cherry. More complex flavours build as the wine opens up, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky mineral, toasted note. The wine is beautifully balanced with structured, silky tannins and a long, precise finish.

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. An elegant. smooth red with an air of sophistication. Very pale ruby with a few fine legs. It has an appealing floral scent of peonies and violet that mingle with soft ripe summer fruits including red cherry, plum and raspberry plus a subtle hint of vanilla and mildly toasted notes. The palate is vibrant and bursting with bright, juicy red fruits such as strawberry, morello cherry, redcurrant and rosehip.
It is wonderfully smooth with silky tannins that melt into the wine and savoury undertones that give it depth of flavour. This delicious Pinot Noir shows excellent balance with uplifting freshenss and seamless integration of a trace of oak plus lingering finish.

Our ever-popular Pet Nat is back! A purely natural wine, fermented by natural yeasts with no added sulphites. It is a light, refreshing, slightly cloudy sparkling wine and is absolutely the perfect summer drink. We bottled during harvest while the wine was still frementing, keeping a light fizz in the bottle. It has a slight yeast sediment adding a great yeasty edge to the fruit aromas. The wine will gain yeasty aromas as it ages.
This is a natural wine in every way and is difficult to make, so we only use the best grapes available to us that we know will end up with the right flavours and balance in the wine.
