This 100% Pinot Blanc is an exciting wine with a complex nose of cake batter and jasmine. On the palate, white pears balance with the soft, oak-imparted, notes of lightly toasted almonds. The wine was aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring.This unusual and fun wine is expressive and textured, showcasing aromas of tropical and stone fruit, hints of dried citrus fruits and white pepper.
