Our Bacchus wine comes from our oldest vines close to the winery. This small vineyard produces a limited release of just 650 bottles each year and in previous years has won the Trophy for the best Bacchus in the WineGB West region twice.
This 2023 wine was slowly fermented using the wild yeastfrom the grapes and has resulted in a fragrant aromatic Bacchus with a delicate elderflower nose and a soft citrus palate. It is perfect on it’s own or with lighter styles of food.

Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This stunning blend is a masterclass in harmony, with Cabernet Sauvignon taking centre stage and showcasing its signature dark fruits, bright cassis, and subtle hints of dried herbs.
The Merlot, meanwhile, brings a subtle yet luxurious touch, adding plush blue fruits and warmth to the mix. As the flavours meld together, the wine is beautifully supported by supple tannins and neatly integrated oak, creating a wonderful taste experience.

Winding Wood Brut Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Hungerford, Berkshire, England

Our elegant 2019 sparkling is perfect for all occasions. Pale straw in colour with a stream of fine bubbles, our brut reserve has a well-developed autolytic character on the nose with aromas of English apples, summer fruit and a toastiness on the palate. It has a rich mouth feel and will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age.
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After blending, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle and then spent 36 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months on cork in cellar. Our first disgorgement of the 2019 vintage was released to wine club members in 2023.
