Our Classic Method sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
Beautifully balanced and white gold in colour, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels then it is aged for 36 months in our underground cave before hand disgorge and finishing.
Nutty Vintage can compete with any sparkling wine in the world. Great for lavish entertaining and special celebrations, it is a lovely aperitif to pair with canapés, oysters, smoked salmon and quail eggs. It is also a treat to cut the sweetness of rich chocolatey desserts.

Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the wines are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity, a theme which runs right through the range and really shows its worth in the vintage cuvées which show impressive energy and poise and remarkable ageing potential.
A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body. Off The Line The Lady of Charmat NV (6 Bottles) Hellingly, East Sussex, England

The Lady of Charmat is a multi-vintage sparkling brut rosé made from grapes grown at Off The Line vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed and aged in stainless steel tanks with a secondary fermentation taking place in a tank, a method known as ‘the Charmat method’.
This vivid pink, dry sparkling rosé is easy drinking and fruit driven. It has definition and expresses red fruit flavours with character and identity.

Named after a mythical beast the Gwyllgi, gwyll “twilight” + ci “dog”, who is said to appear as a frightful apparition of a Black Wolf with baleful breath and blazing red eyes.
