On the back of the hot summer of 2022, we left a further 689 vines of Solaris to ripen further. 28 days after harvesting our main Solaris crop, the berries turned a wonderful golden brown and started to dehydrate on the vine.
Packed full of banana & toffee flavours, lifted with some floral notes and held together with a refreshing acidity. This dessert wine pairs perfectly with some Shropshire Blue cheese.

A lovely nose of soft apple blossom and gentle apricot lead to a palate that is just dry but deliciously fresh and easy to get along with. The apricot follows on from the nose and is combined with rounded citrus fruits – mainly subtle orange and lemon. Produced from Ortega grapes, this wine is just great on its own but will work very well with white fish dishes and salads.

This Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc based sparkling wine is quintessentially English; an English garden in a glass! Our long awaited 2023 Sauvignon Blanc. Part of our Limited-edition range made from grapes harvested from just 2,000 vines planted on our steepest vineyard field called Westrip. These vines have been producing award winning wines from the very beginning with our first release the 2017 winning a silver medal. This was followed by an unprecedented double gold for the 2018 at the 2019 IWSC and 2019 Global Sauvignon Blanc Masters. Most recently our 2021 vintage took home the Global Sauvignon Blanc Master Medal, a pioneering first for English Sauvignon Blanc.

This classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth-filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.

However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. This limited release provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a fresh and distinctive wine during their vineyard experience.
