During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. On the palate, the Lustau Vermut Rojo NV offers a rich and velvety texture, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of our seyval blanc and pinot noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine.
Starting with floral notes of cherry blossom and rose petals. Hints of red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate. Good acidity, delicate savoury pastry notes, a fine mousse, and good length.

Ortega is an early ripening variety for the UK, which allows us to leave the grapes hanging on the vine as long as possible to achieve the optimum balance of fruit and acid. The wine has a delicate golden straw colour and is complex in style with a fruit forward profile of ripe strawberries giving way to complex buttery pastry notes with a lasting warm finish of spice.
