With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Central Otago Pinot Noir has aromas of cherry, redcurrant and thyme are underpinned by hints of rose petal and subtle spice. Fine tannins frame the vibrant red fruit, savoury undertones and a touch of earthiness from the whole bunch. The wine is silky and layered in textures with the French oak lending structure and finesse. Bottled unfiltered for purity, expression and ability to age.

An exquisitely elegant sparkling rosé wine showing great finesse.
It has a delicate salmon-pink hue with tiny bubbles. Enticing aromas of wild strawberries and white peach mingle with a hint of rosehip. There are subtle autolytic notes of vanilla-scented brioche and scones with cream.
The mousse is soft and creamy with beautifully integrated bubbles. On the palate, fresh summer berries including cranberry and redcurrant meet stone fruits, nectarine and wild apricot. It has layers of complexity with citrus acidity and delicate minerality. The mouthfeel is excellent and it shows exceptional balance, lingering well after the last drop.
Excellent served well-chilled with seafood such as tuna carpaccio, hand-dived local Lyme Bay scallops or pan-fried garlic prawns. Also good with Thai-marinated fish including sea bass, red mullet or gurnard cooked en papillote with lemongrass and ginger

Grown on the chalk soils of rural Dorset, this Blanc de Blancs is a testament to the elegance and richness of the terroir. For this wine, they select the ripest and most expressive parcels of Chardonnay, ensuring each grape contributes to its luxurious character. 85% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the unique aromatic qualities of this variety. The rest was fermented in a 500 litre oak puncheon to build structure and length. This is a naturally soft and elegant wine with a subtle floral nose but also has a savory, saline edge. The palate has a moreish quality because of the soft acid profile and elegant almost feather light feel, with the saline finish really drawing you back to have another glass. This wine seems to get better every time I try it. Being the first iteration it’s difficult to say how long it might go on for but if balance is the key to longevity then this has it in abundance.

Like Deus Ex Machina – an act of divine intervention in Greek tragedy that resolves the seemingly impossible on stage – Rosé Ex Machina was the result of our own much needed bolt from the blue in 2016: an initially difficult vintage saved by a glut of grapes from Jenkyn Place vineyard that were, quite literally, perfect.
Fortune struck again in 2018 – a year that wasn't just full of sunshine, but was relentlessly warm and bright from start to finish, without a puff of wind, and virtually no rain. That remarkable summer is evident at its core.
With four and a half years on lees, and another twelve months in bottle, the 2018 Rosé Ex Machina is serene and expansive. Blood orange one minute and wild raspberries the next; juicy and creamy, but with razor-sharp focus – it's tasting better than ever.

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
