The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. On the palate, expect notes of green apple, toasted brioche, and a hint of citrus, all wrapped up in a crisp, refreshing finish.

Grape Varieties: Albariño
Plumpton Estate Medium Sweet Ortega 2021 (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

The Ortega grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The ferment was tasted daily and stopped at desired residual sugar level by chilling and filtering. The yeast was specially selected and was a sweet wine yeast Zymaflore ST. This yeast is susceptible to cold shock, making it easy to stop the ferment.
An aromatic medium sweet wine, well balanced with uplifting aromas of peach, gooseberry and elderflower.
