With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Chardonnay is an expression of site and season. Our highly anticipated, limited release wine is full-bodied with aromas of blackberry and sweet spice, a palate of crunchy red fruit with polished tannins and a bright finish. Made from 100% Divico grapes.
Divico is a new grape variety in England specifically developed to create a rich, fruit-forward red wine in our cool climate. Our third harvest yielded 356 bottles. The wine is deep red in colour with aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, tinned plums and sweet spice. The palate is full bodied with crunchy red fruit and vanilla toffee, polished tannins and a bright finish. Our winemaker thinks this wine is a 'bit of a cracker' with good potential to age.
This limited edition wine is hand labelled, individually numbered and signed. It comes in a gift bag with a detailed tech sheet.

Hungerhill Merstone Pinot Blanc 2023 (6 Bottles) Bedford, Bedfordshire, England

This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose and have aromas of citrus, pear, grapefruit and green apple. Is refreshing on the palate and has a long finish.
Merstone Pinot Blanc pairs perfectly with creamy pasta and dishes and soft cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own.
Our Pinot Blanc is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023. The Pinot Blanc grapes from Oxfordshire were gently pressed in our winery on the same day. The pale yellow juice was fermented partialy in a stainless steel tank and a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
