A lovely example of the delicate style of English bottle-fermented sparkling rosé wines. With a beautiful, pale salmon-pink hue and soft aromas of white nectarine, cherry, wild strawberry, and almond blossom this wine is dry and elegant with a fresh mineral character on the palate.
This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir.
Best served cool from the fridge (5 to 8oC), it will make a great all year round drink to accompany Mediterranean dishes, salads and barbequed fish and prawns.

This variety thrives on our red sandy soils, and makes up 27% or our 5 acre Shropshire vineyard.
After an excellent summer, we were able to really ripen a portion of our Pinot Noir Précoce grapes, resulting in this balanced red wine. The black cherry fruit character is complemented by some structured oak and subtle silky tannins. Classically English and terribly moreish!

The skin fermented method applied to such aromatic varietals results in a wine with super powerful aromas of grapefruit, grass and tropical fruit. The palate is dry and crisp with soft tannins and a long citrussy finish. A very food friendly wine!
Winemaker's Notes: Not your typical white wine, a wine for the lovers of 'orange wines'. Small parcels of very ripe and rare (in England) Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes were fermented on skins in the same way as you would a red wine for 7 days before being pressed. Only 500 bottles produced.

This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. This delicious organic Chardonnay from Greece, was our first ever guest producer. Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. From France this would be twice the price…..
