We have teamed up with Silver Circle Distillery again this year to create Y Gwyllgi, a Pinot Noir Gin that uses the beautiful leftover skin, pulp and seeds from the winemaking process combined with the wild flavours of foraged Wye Valley botanicals.
Named after a mythical beast the Gwyllgi, gwyll “twilight” + ci “dog”, who is said to appear as a frightful apparition of a Black Wolf with baleful breath and blazing red eyes.

With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Sauvignon Blanc is bright and expressive, with aromas of lime, gooseberry and passionfruit, alongside hints of lemongrass and fresh herbs. The palate is dry and lively, showing flavours of green apple, lime zest and tropical citrus. A subtle lees influence adds softness to the texture, while crisp acidity and a mineral edge give the wine a long, refreshing finish.

However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. Our award winning red is a vibrant blend of Pinot Noir and Rondo which takes its name from the historic St Edmundsbury Cathedral which once grew vines within its abbey walls. In the medieval period, a third of the tithe to Rome was paid in hogsheads of wine. It is this heritage which has inspired our best-selling English red.
A rich purple inky hue with aromas of vanilla, blackcurrant and toasted spices followed by a vibrant brambly palate with underlying savoury notes on the finish.
