This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits.

Just five rows of grapes were left to ripen into October and hand-picked by our family. Fermented on their skins, pressed off and partially oaked in a third fill barrel from Tonnellerie de Champagne.
Colour: Medium red colour, crimson
Nose: Dried cherry, 5 spice, earthy, roasted coffee and liquorice
Palate: Sweet fruit entry, medium bodied, silky tanin making for an elegant overall structure. Raspberry and red plum lift give it a long, fragrant finish.

Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat.
