This wine is fresh and aromatic, it has aromas of gooseberry, cassis bud and green pineapple on the nose, followed by a zesty palate of pithy pink grapefruit. A classic English Bacchus.
Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.
A race won ‘on the nod’ is thrilling to watch and is so close it is often decided by a photo of the finish. A perfect name for our Bacchus with its crisps, citrus finish. Rhosyn - the Welsh word for rose – a vintage, traditional method sparkling wine from our 2021 harvest is a blend of our seyval blanc and pinot noir grapes with gentle skin contact providing a delicate blush to the wine.
Starting with floral notes of cherry blossom and rose petals. Hints of red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate. Good acidity, delicate savoury pastry notes, a fine mousse, and good length.

Ortega is a lesser-known grape variety in the UK, but gaining in popularity among those who have ‘’discovered” it! Named after Spanish philosopher, Jose Ortega y Gaffet, Ortega is a cross between Muller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe grapes.
