Olivier comanaged Domaine Leflaive with his uncle Vincent through the 1980s and then with his cousin Anne-Claude in the early 1990s. It was at this time that he established Olivier Leflaive Frères. Olivier Leflaive has since acquired an enviable 15 hectares of vines across Puligny, Chassagne and Meursault.
Les Sétilles has a bright bouquet of apples and summer flowers with lively citrus and white peach flavours, and a refreshing mineral note on the finish.

Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.

With it’s clear pale yellow colour, this wine looks like summer in a glass. On the nose it has fresh green apple aromas coupled with scents of gooseberry, stone fruits and meadow grass. This is followed up on the palate with refreshing flavours of crisp green apple and ripe nectarine.
The wine has a nice mineral aspect that is pursued by a generous citrus acidity.

Shining ruby with aromas of ripe red cherry and vanilla. The palate is full of red berries with bright acidity and grippy tannins.
This shining ruby Pinot Noir sings with aromas of ripe red cherry and violet supported with base notes of tobacco and vanilla from ageing in French Oak. The palate has a bright acidity with light but grippy tannins.
Food Pairing:
With its juicy red fruit profile, this wine is the perfect pairing to roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce. Delight your dinner guests by serving slightly chilled with seared tuna or swordfish steak.
