Just five rows of grapes were left to ripen into October and hand-picked by our family. Fermented on their skins, pressed off and partially oaked in a third fill barrel from Tonnellerie de Champagne.
Colour: Medium red colour, crimson
Nose: Dried cherry, 5 spice, earthy, roasted coffee and liquorice
Palate: Sweet fruit entry, medium bodied, silky tanin making for an elegant overall structure. Raspberry and red plum lift give it a long, fragrant finish.

This well-rounded dry wine has aromas of pear with floral notes of lilac and jasmine and a hint of toastiness from a short time in oak. On the palate, it is plump and centred with a fresh finish.
A smooth texture and a long finish makes this Pinot Blanc a versatile wine for food pairing. Delightful dry and delicate rosé packed with soft summer fruits. It has a very pale salmon colour and fine legs. On the nose, enticing aromas of wild strawberry and redcurrant are enhanced by peach melba, nectarine and kumquat. Appealing flavours of rosehip, redcurrant and whitecurrant dance on the palate with a touch of ruby grapefruit. It is subtle and elegant with uplifting acidity and freshness which gives it a lively mouthfeel. Savour the juicy flavour on the vibrant long finish.
Serve chilled with salmon or tunafish tartare. Enjoy it with grilled sardines or barbecued fish skewers. Excellent with assorted tapas, antipasti or a charcuterie platter. Also good with tomato bruschetta or tomato provençale and garlic croutons.

Glaetzer Wallace Red Blend 2021 (6 Bottles) Barossa Valley, South Australia

This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Originally from Germany, the Glaetzer family settled in Australia in the late 19th century and were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Today the winery is run by internationally acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer, who is responsible for driving the brand’s considerable loyal following.
Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. The former will see a bit of oak while the latter remains unoaked to retains freshness. Hints of red currant, clove and spice on the nose. Fresh juiciness on the palate combines with supple tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy in its youth that will also develop additional complexity over 6 to 8 years of cellaring.

Halfpenny Green Classic Cuvee (6 Bottles) Bobbington, Staffordshire, England

A honeyed straw colour in the glass; rich and inviting with a refined and refreshing balance on the palate. Warm toasted notes with dessert pears and white peach rounding out the finish, a nod to spending over five years on lees. Drinking well now, with ageing potential for 10-12 years after vintage.
