Oastbrook Estate Rosé Reserve 2022 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.

A newly developed German variety, perfectly suited for organic cultivation in northern Europe, has produced a medium-dry white wine with pale gold hues. The wine offers notes of apricot and apple on the palate and has an 11% alcohol content.
The 2022 vintage has just arrived, crafted in partnership with a new winery. However, as the winemaking process was non-organic, this vintage will be offered exclusively to tour groups and will not be available for retail sale. This limited release provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a fresh and distinctive wine during their vineyard experience.

Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.

A sparkling wine of unparalleled elegance, Paragon Blanc de Blancs showcases the purest expression of Chardonnay from the Upper Levels vineyard. Made exclusively from premium clones (95, 121, 76, and 131), this limited release of just 3,535 bottles is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.
On the nose, bright citrus aromas intertwine with delicate floral notes and a whisper of toasted almond, hinting at its partial oak cask aging (46%) alongside stainless steel (54%). The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves the vibrant acidity (8.8g/L), complemented by a touch of residual sugar (5.9g/L) that enhances the wine’s texture without compromising its finesse.
On the palate, Paragon is a symphony of precision and complexity. The wine delivers crisp green apple, lemon zest, and a chalky minerality, rounded by a subtle creaminess from oak influence. Makarounas Winery is a family winery located on the beautiful village of Letymbou, a region with a long tradition in vine growing. Letymbou is located 14 kilometres east of the city of Pafos, on the west coast of Cyprus, and the Makarounas family have a viticultural history dating back four generations in the region. Makarounas Winery has the privilege of being the only winery in Cyprus that sources grapes solely from their privately-owned vineyards. The winery produces wines of ample power but with excellent drinkability, with a focus on indigenous grape varieties of Cyprus and organic viticulture.
