In the mouth, the wine is smooth and exceptionally well balanced with bone dry crisp acidity and notable minerality. Great to drink on its own or with food.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. When we decided we wanted to make sparkling wine we also wanted to make our mark. We looked at all the fantastic offerings in the English sparkling wine category and decided to make our sparkling wine in a different way.
Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, we were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
