It has attractive floral aromas of acacia, elderflower and citrus blossom along with Sicilian lemons and chalky minerality.
The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.
Perfect for celebrations, serve well-chilled as an aperitif alongside shellfish canapés such as oysters, mussels or cockles. Great with flat fish such as lemon sole véronique, turbot, brill or dabs. Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A multi award winning rich, full-bodied dry white wine from Burgundy. With notes of floral scents orange blossom, honeysuckle, and acacia flowers, fruity flavours of white peach, pear, green apple, golden apple, and apricot. This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.

The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
A beautiful pale gold in appearance, this Bulari has a vibrant nose of freshly cut green apple and pear with citrusy notes of orange peel, lemon and hints of lime zest. The palate is filled with mouth-watering fruits of juicy apple at the forefront, hints of grapefruit and lemon (sherbet) together with a fine mousse creates a wonderfully well rounded mouthfeel with a crisp, clean finish.

A demi-sec is created at dosage stage with extra sugar blended with the base wine. The wine has had 36 months on its yeast lees and then a further 6 months on cork in cellar.

A lovely nose of soft apple blossom and gentle apricot lead to a palate that is just dry but deliciously fresh and easy to get along with. The apricot follows on from the nose and is combined with rounded citrus fruits – mainly subtle orange and lemon. Produced from Ortega grapes, this wine is just great on its own but will work very well with white fish dishes and salads.

Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm, L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was eventually taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003 and the brand named after him. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-theart winemaking facility, catapulting the farm into a prestigious wine estate. The focus is on terroir specific wines and therefore it would seem obvious that the brand is made up of an impressive portfolio of farms representing the best in grape producing locations. The portfolio is made up of L’Ormarins from Franschhoek, Rooderust from Darling, Riebeeksrivier from the Swartland and Altima from isolated Elandskloof. Each site offers optimum varietal specific growing conditions, allowing Anthonij Rupert Wyne to adhere to the requirements of their different brands.
A lively stream of fine bubbles lifts aromas of sherbet and lemon cream biscuits on the nose. On the palate, it is vibrant, fresh, and crisp, with the bright citrus flavours hinted at on the nose immediately coming through. Tangy lime and grapefruit are complemented by a marmalade twist, while subtle notes of apple and toast add complexity and depth. The wine is beautifully balanced, elegant, and composed, finishing with a smooth, dry conclusion.
