As part of the broader La Mancha D.O. zone, El Convertido shares in a viticultural tradition that spans hundreds of thousands of hectares of vineyards across Castilla-La Mancha.

On the palate, the wine is full of ripe citrus fruit with a backbone of crisp, mineral acidity holding everything together.

This Cabernet offers up everything you`d hunt for in Bordeaux, yet this red is from South Africa`s Hardenberg. Judicious use of oak and good acidity provides an impressive structure which this pure fruit clings to, offering lingering, fine tannins on the finish.
