A wonderfully refreshing, crisp dry white wine with zesty fruit appeal. Bright pale lemon-green with a few legs.
Brilliantly aromatic with floral scents of elderflower and apple blossom combined with gooseberry and greengage plus hints of Sicillian lemon. It also has herbaceous notes of freshly cut grass and wild nettles on the nose.
The palate is delightfully zesty and fresh with citrus flavours of lemon peel and grapefruit alongside gooseberry and passionfruit.
