This single variety is our second Regent since our 2019 vintage – and is worth the wait.
Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice. Soft red berry fruits merge well with the fine tannins giving good length and texture. A soft, fruity and spicy red - perfect for red meats. 11.5%

Complex aromas of toast, brioche, coffee, honey and fig on the nose are backed up by fresh tangerine and satsuma citrus notes on the palate. This is a great example of English Sparkling Wine at its finest. We will only make this wine in excellent years and in limited quantities.
First release of our signature premium blend is made from only our finest cuvees with minimal intervention techniques – no fining, no filtration and prolonged barrel maturation in a mixture of old and new oak prior to blending and bottling . The wine then spent over 4 years in bottle on-lees ageing in our cellars prior to disgorging leading to a beautifully concentrated and complex layered wine with perfect poise and balance.

Elegant, smooth red made from 100% Pinot Noir
An elegant. smooth red with an air of sophistication. Very pale ruby with a few fine legs. It has an appealing floral scent of peonies and violet that mingle with soft ripe summer fruits including red cherry, plum and raspberry plus a subtle hint of vanilla and mildly toasted notes. The palate is vibrant and bursting with bright, juicy red fruits such as strawberry, morello cherry, redcurrant and rosehip.
It is wonderfully smooth with silky tannins that melt into the wine and savoury undertones that give it depth of flavour. This delicious Pinot Noir shows excellent balance with uplifting freshenss and seamless integration of a trace of oak plus lingering finish.

Expertly crafted from pinot noir, regent, triomphe and léon millot, this blend has been aged in oak barrels for 9 months, resulting in a vibrant and smooth red wine. 100% Estate Apples – When we moved to the Sandridge Barton Estate, we inherited a couple of orchards. Rather than let the apples go to waste, or fall to the hands of Devon’s notorious ‘Scrumpers’, we thought we’d put them to good use. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.
