100% Bacchus – a medium dry still white wine.
A cool climate grape variety most similar to a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc. It is characterised by intense aromas of citrus, elderflower and grapefruit combined with a fruity palate of apple, elderflower and herbaceous notes. Our Anne of Cleves wine has a medium dry finish. This wine was made from organically grown grapes.
Furleigh Estate Eustacia Chardonnay (6 Bottles) Bridport, Dorset, England

Wonderfully refreshing dry white with plenty of zest and backbone. It has a pale lemon hue with elegant legs. Delightful floral aromas of passionflower and lily marry honeydew melon and citrus lemon plus a touch of mandarin on the nose. The palate is dry with excellent acidity and a crisp mouthfeel which revives with every drop. Flavours of Sicilian lemon and yellow grapefruit mingle with braeburn and coxes apple and a hint of orange peel. It has a delicate saline character and great depth of flavour plus a lovely long finish.
Serve chilled with a seafood platter or shellfish. Also good with soused mackerel or roll-mops and especially with escabeche. Excellent with sushi but go easy on the wasabi. Try it with lemon sole and beurre blanc sauce garnished with samphire.
Albourne Estate Blanc de Blancs 2018 (6 Bottles) Albourne, West Sussex, England

This wine is also Zero Dosage and crafted from selected hand-picked Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc grapes gently pressed to extract the highest quality cuvee juice. A portion of the juice underwent primary fermentation in large French new oak barrels with subsequent prolonged lees contact in barrel prior to blending.
After secondary fermentation this wine enjoyed 44 months or more on-lees maturation in bottle, all of which has helped to create a beautifully balanced and elegant Sussex sparkling wine with layers of complexity, great poise and length.
On the nose the wine offers aromas of pear, peach and apricot complimented by a touch of brioche.

A vibrant English sparkling wine with bright citrus notes and crisp freshness. It has a medium lemon colour and fine delicate bubbles. Attractive aromas of acacia blossom and lemon peel mingle with orchard fruits, including green apple and ripe pear plus mild brioche and subtle notes of pastry. On the palate it is deliciously crisp and dry with zest acidity and a lively mousse. Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity. Sustainability is the cornerstone of Heartland’s approach to viticulture. they encourage plantings of indigenous trees, grasses and bushes, practice rational water management, and eschew chemical treatments in the vineyards. They even have a herd of goats to keep the weeds down.
Sposa e Sposa translates from Italian as Spouse and Spouse and refers to the marriage of varietals, Dolcetto and Lagrein. A core of intense cherry red recedes to a bright crimson rim in the glass. Aromas of summer rose garden complement the foundation of plums, blueberry and blueberry. The pleasantly savoury palate is made up of blueberry and blackberry with a hint of wild liquorice on the finish. The mouthfeel is soft and forward, with a long finish. This can be enjoyed at cellar temperature in the cooler months or chilled down for summer drinking.
