This classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth-filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.
Heppington Sparkling Rosé 2019 (6 Bottles) Canterbury, Kent, England

This elegant pale pink English sparkling Rosé from the Heppington estate has a fine and persistent mousse with aromas of summer fruits on the nose bursting onto the palate with ripe strawberry and raspberry balanced with crunchy redcurrant acidity and fantastic length on the finish with a soft texture.

This is our latest release in our ever popular Blanc de Noir style. Our largest production of sparkling wine from the year that delivered the “vintage of dreams” with a perfect growing season and amazing grape quality resulting in a beautifully balanced sparkling wine.
This wine has been awarded two Silver medals from the 2023 WineGB Awards and the 2023 WineGB West Awards.
This is made with our Pinot Noir from the steepest vineyard parcel and has spent four years on the lees.

Cuvee Pinot is made predominantly from Pinot Blanc grapes, harvested from the remarkable 2022 vintage, when vineyard temperatures reached 33 degrees in August.

Tuffon Hall Grape Gin 2018 (6 Bottles) Halstead, Essex, England

Tuffon Hall Grape Gin is made using the skins from our hand-picked Bacchus grapes. After we’ve pressed the grapes to make our Bacchus wine, we use the skins to make our grape gin.
The gin is infused with juniper berries, coriander seeds, fresh orange zest without pith, fresh minneola tangelo (a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit), fresh torn bay leaves, some freshly grated lemon zest, and crucially our bacchus grape skins. They are steeped and distilled together in a small batch 200L copper pot gin still.
Serving suggestion: Serve with your favourite tonic, freshly sliced grapes and a slice of lime to give a truly refreshing yet dry finish.
Our Grape Gin, as with all our wines and gins is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This delicious organic Chardonnay from Greece, was our first ever guest producer. Another example of how this magnificent grape can taste different (again) in another climate or from a different terroir. This has enough ‘classic chard’ to please traditionalists, but real intrigue via lemon and mountain herb notes to interest the keenest of inquisitive palettes. Velfrey is a multi-award winning fizz, made from a blend of our Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes. It has won a silver medal in the 2024 Glass of Bubbly Awards, the Best Sparkling White Wine at the Welsh Wine Awards 2024 and has previously been selected by WineGB as one of the UK's Top 100 Wines.
It has a lively pour and excellent clarity. Citrusy and fresh with notes of peach, apricot, apple pastry, and minerality freshness with white florals on the nose. The traditional method provides a touch of cream and brioche-like savouriness.
