A truly individual wine. Ten barrels of pinot noir from the 2019 vintage demanded to be bottled as a special release. Powerful on the nose with notes of forest floor and red cherry more typical of a red pinot than sparkling. Oak fermentation and ageing lend the wine spice and structure on the palate.

A yellow colour white blend with light golden and greenish tones. On the nose it is expressive and vivacious, with floral notes and white fruit aromas like peach, pear and pineapple standing out. This is our Little Waddon Vineyard sparkling ‘Col Fondo Rosso’ 2021
Our single estate Regent grapes grown here on the Jurassic Coast, sealed in tank with CO2 for a twenty-two day skin contact maceration to help break down the skins, followed by a wild fermentation.
Later blended with a portion of oak barrel fermented Triomphe D’Alsace to balance the acidity, and then bottled with approximately 10grams of sugar per litre which produces a second fermentation in bottle.
This produces a low intervention Sparkling Red wine that gives frizzante ‘little’ red bubbles!
Loganberry on the nose, a moreish taste of vanilla pods and blackberry fruit with red chocolate!
Col Fondo is a traditional Italian natural re-fermentation process in bottle: ‘Con il fondo’ translates literally to ‘with the bottom’ meaning sediment or lees is present; so if this bottle has been travelling we suggest you stand it up on it’s bottom in the fridge to rest a while before opening.

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!
Domaine des Deux Roches Mâcon-Villages Tradition 2023 (6 Bottles) Burgundy, France

Domaine Deux Roches is based in the village of Davayé, in the Mâconnais, and is jointly owned by Jean-Luc Terrier and Christian Collovray. Their 50 hectares of vineyards largely lie between the twin escarpments of Solutré and Vergisson and showcase the diverse terroirs of this region. The wines of Deux Roches are known for their drinkability and offer great value for money.
A delicate floral note opens the nose, giving way to ripe yellow fruits such as peach and apricot. On the palate, these vibrant fruit tones are complemented by a refined, pastry-like richness, lending the wine a subtle depth and elegance in a classic style.

An elegant subtle rosé, suggesting hints of strawberry, violets and cream. The palate is crisp and refreshing with flavours of raspberry, vanilla and cream.
Winemaker's Notes: A dry, crisp and delicate rosé. The Pinot noir used to make this rosé was crushed and cold macerated for 14 hours to extract both colour and body. It then underwent fermentation 35% in American oak the remainder in stainless steel tank.

The Verhaeghe family have been making wine in the Lot since the 1950s. Today it is Pascal and Jean-Marc in charge of the domaine, which is certified organic. They own three parcels of vineyards, the largest of which is 12.5 acres with stony calcareous clay which is called `Tran`, which plays an important role retaining heat and moisture. Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with shellfish, fresh salads, and a variety of cheeses.
