Our signature white wine at Burn Valley continues to shine, barrel fermented and aged in Hungarian oak for eight months with a mixture of new and aged oak, partial malolactic fermentation is done to produce a rich buttery finish. This single-vineyard Pinot Noir brims with flavours of plum, blackberry, juicy strawberry and red cherry. There’s complexity too, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky, mineral note. It’s beautifully balanced with silky tannins and a long finish.
The nose brims with ripe morello cherry, bramble fruits and raspberry alongside sweet spice, milk chocolate and toasted notes. On the palate, there are bold, ripe, dark fruits of plum and blackberry with juicy strawberry and red cherry. More complex flavours build as the wine opens up, with dried herbs, spice and a smoky mineral, toasted note. The wine is beautifully balanced with structured, silky tannins and a long, precise finish.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. Aged following an oxidative ageing for 12 years in Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera. Dark bronze colour with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas with a smoky wood background. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.

Freya is a fun alternative to traditional sparkling wines. The joyous, but not sickly amount of residual sugar balances nicely against the naturally high acidity of Kerner. Interestingly, the residual sugar in this vintage is the result of the secondary fermentation (consistently) not finishing. The result is a fantastic, but casual sparkling wine that makes a great gift, or a delicious pairing with fruity desserts.

Makarounas Winery is a family winery located on the beautiful village of Letymbou, a region with a long tradition in vine growing. Letymbou is located 14 kilometres east of the city of Pafos, on the west coast of Cyprus, and the Makarounas family have a viticultural history dating back four generations in the region. Makarounas Winery has the privilege of being the only winery in Cyprus that sources grapes solely from their privately-owned vineyards. The winery produces wines of ample power but with excellent drinkability, with a focus on indigenous grape varieties of Cyprus and organic viticulture.
This 100% Xynisteri is own-rooted bush vines ranging from 20-101 years old. The wine bursts with the flavour of preserved lemons, seasalt, and fresh citrus.

The Art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This piece is from a series of paintings worked on over a year, watching the vineyard change throughout the seasons. On the back of the hot summer of 2022, we left a further 689 vines of Solaris to ripen further. 28 days after harvesting our main Solaris crop, the berries turned a wonderful golden brown and started to dehydrate on the vine.
Packed full of banana & toffee flavours, lifted with some floral notes and held together with a refreshing acidity. This dessert wine pairs perfectly with some Shropshire Blue cheese.
Greyfriars Vineyard Sparkling Rosé Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Puttenham, Surrey, England

Grape Varieties - 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
It boasts a lovely, delicate pink colour with fragrant red berry aromas and a touch of spice. Fresh and fruity with rich flavours of cherries and blackberries and a wonderfully rounded and complex palate.
This wine is the perfect aperitif but will also be a fantastic match with a baked trout fillet with lemons. A real treat for a dinner party!
This is the eighth release of our best and most acclaimed sparkling rosé wine. Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes which were lovingly hand picked from our Monkshatch plot at the end of the first week of October 2019.
Two thirds of the grapes were crushed and destemmed and soaked for two hours prior to pressing to obtain the lovely light ‘salmon pink’ colour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
One third of the grapes were whole bunch pressed with the base wine (using only the Cuvée) fermented and aged in used oak barrels. Both batches went through malolactic fermentation.
