Tasting note In the glass, this is light straw in colour with a delicate mousse. On the nose, this has strawberry, peach, and peach melba notes. The flavour profile is filled with vibrant red fruit – notes of wild strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, with red apple and ripe peach. Bright, elegant acidity matches with the juicy fruit to create a delicious, vibrant wine, with floral hints of rose and some red cherry pie. There’s a touch of spice from the lees ageing. Delicate and elegant, with lovely weight and poise, this is a beautiful expression of Pinot Meunier.

Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.
This Crémant de Loire is a beautiful pale gold colour with hints of green, creating a delicate and luminous appearance. It has a gentle effervescence that lingers gracefully. The aroma is a delightful blend of fruity notes, complemented by subtle hints of white flowers like honeysuckle and acacia. This aromatic dry white wine, bottled in June 2024, showcases a harmonious balance of Bacchus, Ortega, Faber, Siegerrebe, and Huxelrebe grape varieties. With 11% alcohol and no added yeast, the wine's natural fruit aromas (hedgerow, citrus, elderflower) will continue to evolve over time.
Aged in large foudres, 10% of the blend adds a silky texture and creamy structure, without imparting oak flavors. Enjoy this elegant wine in its youth or cellar for a few years.
