As its name suggests this wine is made of selected base wines from multiple vintages to produce an approachable and immediately enjoyable style. Winemaker's Notes: A dry, crisp and delicate rosé. The Pinot noir used to make this rosé was crushed and cold macerated for 14 hours to extract both colour and body. It then underwent fermentation 35% in American oak the remainder in stainless steel tank.
