A sparkling wine of unparalleled elegance, Paragon Blanc de Blancs showcases the purest expression of Chardonnay from the Upper Levels vineyard. Made exclusively from premium clones (95, 121, 76, and 131), this limited release of just 3,535 bottles is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.
On the nose, bright citrus aromas intertwine with delicate floral notes and a whisper of toasted almond, hinting at its partial oak cask aging (46%) alongside stainless steel (54%). The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves the vibrant acidity (8.8g/L), complemented by a touch of residual sugar (5.9g/L) that enhances the wine’s texture without compromising its finesse.
On the palate, Paragon is a symphony of precision and complexity. The wine delivers crisp green apple, lemon zest, and a chalky minerality, rounded by a subtle creaminess from oak influence. The finish is long and refreshing, with a delicate interplay of fruit, acidity, and structure that invites another sip.

Oatley Fraîcheur Barrel Matured 2023 (6 Bottles) Bridgwater, Somerset, England

Floral aromas with ripe peach, mango and a touch of oak on the palate.
This wine is our Jane's that has been matured for 11 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with white meats and goats cheeses.
The 2023 vintage starts with touch of vanilla, then some lemony acacia on the mid palate and a touch of tannin to finish.

Non vintage English Sparkling Brut Reserve. Typically 2 ½ to 3 years on lees, blended with 2 to 3 prior years’ reserve wines. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
This elegant brut sparkling blend showcases a harmonious balance of flavours. The 40% Chardonnay provides a rich, creamy texture, while the 50% Pinot Noir adds depth and complexity. The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!

Biddenden Vineyards Ortega (6 Bottles) Biddenden, Kent, England

Semi-aromatic on the nose, displaying appealing fresh aromas of green apple, grapefruit, cut grass and flora, whilst the palate is medium bodied, crisp and deliciously fruity. May be served as an aperitif, this white would also pair well with lightly spicy dishes and seafood.
Ortega is our signature wine and was one of the first varieties planted in 1969. We have been producing our popular Biddenden Ortega since 1972, and have kept the original Germanic style label as a historical memento.
Biddenden was one of the first vineyards to plant Ortega in the UK in the late 1960’s. Today Ortega covers just over half of the vineyard. Ortega grapes ripen early and are known for their low acidity and high sugar levels. Ortega is widely used in dry still wines, and can also be used to make sweet wines.
