This aromatic white wine has aromas of lime zest and elderflower. It's rich palate of juicy citrus fruits and a pure mineral finish displays the incredible versatility of the Bacchus grape.

Mereworth White from White is made exclusively from Estate grown Chardonnay and crafted from a single vintage. This wine is intended to be both approachable yet intensely complex. With a careful balance of lees contact and aging, freshness is brought into harmony with complex flavours and delicate minerality.
Chardonnay grows exceptionally well on the rocky slopes of the greensand ridge where a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay clones and rootstocks produces exceptional fruit that embodies the crisp apple orchards that surround us, the tropical notes of a hot summer and a subtle hoppiness reminiscent of what was grown here before.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a symphony of citrus and tropical flavours, bursting with energy and vibrancy. The nose is a riot of yellow grapefruit pith, green mango, and crushed lime leaf. With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Chardonnay is an expression of site and season. Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and roasted cashew lead into a textured palate layered with ripe stone fruit, subtle oak spice and a touch of flinty minerality. The natural fermentation and extended lees contact add depth and complexity, while bright acidity provides length and freshness on the finish. Elegant, structured and cellar-worthy.

Our Ortega is made hand-picked grapes, harvested early October, the Ortega grapes from Kent started fermenting in our winery on the 6th of October. The pale yellow juice aged in a stainless steel tank and in a 3rd vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose. The palate has flavours of peach, citrus and flowers leading to a long finish.
Merstone Ortega pairs perfectly with seafood, fish and chicken dishes or can be enjoyed on its own.

Hailing from the hot summer, this concentrated and rounded red really does flaunt that harnessed South Devon sunshine in every sip! Our delicate cool climate Pinot Noir has aromas of bramble fruit, dark cherry, blue fruit and violets. It is rounded and easy drinking, with soft and well-integrated tannins and spiced berries on the finish.
