An exciting ruby red medium-bodied English wine. Dedham Vale Reserve yields inviting red berry aromas while developing complex flavours of redcurrants, raspberries and liquorice, leavened by gentle tannins from time spent ageing in French Limousine oak barrels that linger lovingly on the palate.
It is made by blending four different varieties of grape - Rondo, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder and Pinot Noir. It is drinking well now at 16°C and will develop over the coming years. The Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to all meat and pasta dishes and an imaginative alternative to Claret.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. On the palate, the Lustau Vermut Rojo NV offers a rich and velvety texture, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

This new release is made from grapes from the excellent 2019 and 2020 vintages. Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, secondary fermentation in bottle followed by 24 months gaining complexity on lees. The wine therefore benefits from some lovely bottle age and is ready to be enjoyed now. 12% ABV.
Bodegas Frontonio Botijo Blanco 2024 (6 Bottles) Aragon, Spain

Bodegas Frontonio is the passion project of Fernando Mora MW and oenologist Mario López. The winery is named after Saint Frontonio, the Patron Saint of the village. According to legend, Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his head found upstream after it had been thrown into the Ebro. Going against the current is at the heart of this project, hence the name Frontonio.
Pale lemon. Aromas of white blossom, lime peel and herbal notes. It offers a refreshing acidity and a moderate body in mouth. Precise and clean.
