A lightly oaked chardonnay blend, dry with a round palate of pear, peach, yellow apple, and citrus fruit. This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose and have aromas of citrus, pear, grapefruit and green apple. Is refreshing on the palate and has a long finish.
Merstone Pinot Blanc pairs perfectly with creamy pasta and dishes and soft cheeses or can be enjoyed on its own.
Our Pinot Blanc is made from hand-picked grapes, harvested in early October 2023. The Pinot Blanc grapes from Oxfordshire were gently pressed in our winery on the same day. The pale yellow juice was fermented partialy in a stainless steel tank and a third vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.

Bacchus grape is a cross between Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner-Riesling and tastes quite like a Sauvignon Blanc.

Our distinctive pale salmon colour sits alongside deliciously defined fruit. It’s the full gamut of citrus to peach with red fruit scintillation. This wine is built to last and will benefit from extended cork ageing, but nonetheless is also delicious right now and displays our trademark soft mousse and gentle acidity.
