Winding Wood Brut Reserve 2019 (6 Bottles) Hungerford, Berkshire, England

Our elegant 2019 sparkling is perfect for all occasions. Pale straw in colour with a stream of fine bubbles, our brut reserve has a well-developed autolytic character on the nose with aromas of English apples, summer fruit and a toastiness on the palate. It has a rich mouth feel and will continue to develop further complexity with bottle age.
The grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. After blending, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation in bottle and then spent 36 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months on cork in cellar. Our first disgorgement of the 2019 vintage was released to wine club members in 2023.

Langham Pinot Noir 2019 (6 Bottles) Dorchester, Dorset, England

A truly individual wine. Ten barrels of pinot noir from the 2019 vintage demanded to be bottled as a special release. Powerful on the nose with notes of forest floor and red cherry more typical of a red pinot than sparkling. Oak fermentation and ageing lend the wine spice and structure on the palate.

The Hanwell Classic is pale gold in colour with delicate, long-lasting bubbles. The beautifully complex bouquet combines aromas of green apples with fresh lemon and delicate toasted notes from ageing for 15 months on the lees in bottle. Josef Chromy is one of Tasmania's most famous influential wine figures, having owned and developed some of the state's most prominent wineries, including Rochecombe (now Bay Of Fires), Jansz, Tamar Ridge and Heemskerk vineyards. In 2007 he established the winery that would bear his name, which quickly became one of Tasmania's leading wine producers.
The Pinot Noir 2023 showcases an abundance of deep red berry fruits, accompanied by notes of cinnamon spice and subtle oak toast. On the palate, it delivers a rich and generous experience with dark red fruits, supple tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a powerful blend of Reising,
Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner. The base wine is
fermented in tank, then again once in bottle. This wine has
been aged for five years on lees to infuse pronounced
tertiary aromas. The unique blend of several varieties
produces a one-of-a-kind, alternative wine to traditional
method champagne varietal wines.
