This classic cuvée of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier has all the hallmarks of a fine sparkling wine. Subtle fruit on the nose, predominately red berries from the Pinot, a little light citrus from the Chardonnay, and a hint of peach is backed up by a really long, mouth-filling palate that lingers and satisfies. Fresh and lively, the ripe acidity is complimented by a subtle sweetness, which pleases the senses.

Complex aromas of toast, brioche, coffee, honey and fig on the nose are backed up by fresh tangerine and satsuma citrus notes on the palate. This is a great example of English Sparkling Wine at its finest. We will only make this wine in excellent years and in limited quantities.
First release of our signature premium blend is made from only our finest cuvees with minimal intervention techniques – no fining, no filtration and prolonged barrel maturation in a mixture of old and new oak prior to blending and bottling . The wine then spent over 4 years in bottle on-lees ageing in our cellars prior to disgorging leading to a beautifully concentrated and complex layered wine with perfect poise and balance.

A classic dry sparkling wine with a refined elegance. The colour is pale lemon straw with a steady stream of minute bubbles.
It has appealing floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity.
The autolytic character is subtle. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish.

A darker and brooding style of rose made from 100% Pinot Noir. Extended skin contact and barrel ageing has added structure and complexity on top of the plush red cherry fruit, floral lift and spice. The Verhaeghe family have been making wine in the Lot since the 1950s. Today it is Pascal and Jean-Marc in charge of the domaine, which is certified organic. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
This wine presents a soft pink hue, inviting the senses with delicate floral aromas and subtle notes of wild strawberries. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, showcasing a well-balanced acidity that enhances its elegance and drinkability.

A new experimental wine. The grapes were sourced from nearby Essex. They are destemmed and fermented using indigenous yeast and then pressed into an old burgundy barrels. The wine was aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring.This unusual and fun wine is expressive and textured, showcasing aromas of tropical and stone fruit, hints of dried citrus fruits and white pepper.
