Eglantine Mead has a reputation for being one of the most authentic honey drinks in the country. It has a rich honey nose, a smooth feel on the palate and the delicious lingering flavour. Made only from honey, water and yeast, it’s a decadent accompaniment to dessert. Drink anytime; especially loved by re-enactors! Keeps exceptionally well once opened.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this is simply made using honey collected from the bee hives on the vineyard.

Barry Ben Sugrue – affectionately known as Boz – was Dermot’s brother, and this exceptional Blanc de Blancs is made in his memory. "The truth is there is no fitting tribute to someone like Boz… however, this is my attempt.”
Cuvée Boz – 100% Chardonnay – is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified in stainless steel and without any oak ageing, it shows remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through its flinty minerality and a long, toasty finish.

Undoubtedly a first for the UK, this bright, but noticeably barrel aged wine combines our unique old Kerner vines with an unusual 100% Acacia barrel. Great with a cheeseboard or white meats.
Made of: 98% Kerner, 2% Madeleine Angevine
Tastes of: Ripe lemon, Gently woody & textural
Sweetness: Dry
Acidity: Medium high/High
Barrel: Light but noticeable. 3 months in first use, light toast barrel.
The inspiration for our unusual 100% Acacia barrel came from the fact that we grow Kerner. This variety is famously grown in Alto Adige (Alpine Italy) where a traditional practice is fermenting and ageing it in Acacia. Compared to Oak, Acacia is more subtle, and adds flavours of honey & flowers.
For the barrel's first use, we aged our Kerner from 2019 for 3 months, followed by several years in bottle. The result is a mouthwatering but textural wine that tastes of spiced lemon, with a gently woody midpalate. Pair with cheese, white meats, and rich fish dishes.

Reminiscent of an Italian summer evening overlooking the rolling vineyard hills. A deliciously easy drinking fruit forward rosé. Aromas of ripe alpine strawberries, raspberry and cranberry. A single variety, single vineyard wine that is produced in very limited quantities. On site at Melbury Vale Vineyard we have 500 established Seyval Blanc vines. Seyval blanc as a grape is ideal for the Dorset climate in that it is low maintenance and ripens beautifully. Come harvest, the bunches of grapes are large and have sugar levels perfectly aligned for producing traditional method sparkling wine. This wine is a pale golden color with fine bubbles typical of a high quality English sparkling wine. On the nose there are aromas of fresh citrus and ripe pear, and on the palate there are bright notes of green apple, elderflower, and meyer lemon.
Food Pairings: crispy salted chips, rich brunch dishes, and fruit based desserts

Grape Varieties - 60% Chardonnay. 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier
The crisp finish makes it a perfect aperitif and equally a great wine pairing with light fish dishes or any type of seafood.
The grapes were hand picked and whole bunch pressed. Fermented and aged in staineless steel tanks before bottling. Put through malolactic fermentation.
This exceptional value for money English Sparkling Wine won gold at the recent WineGB 2023 Awards. Blending together the three traditional "Champagne" varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 2014, 2015 and 2016 vintages, our NV Sparkling Cuvée was left to age in bottle for two years on its lees.
