This wine shows Bacchus’ incredible aromatic charm. It has a dry, crisp refreshing wine, perfect as a chilled aperitif or accompany seafood.

This is our sparkling Rosé, made with a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.

Taking inspiration from the great rosé wines of Bandol, Rioja, and Corsica, Ana and I wanted to craft a dry English rosé that was deep in colour and character – the antithesis to the ubiquitous, industrially-made, and flavourless pale pink wines of a certain corner of France – but not lacking in refreshment.
So we blended barrels of perfectly ripe, gently macerated Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown across all our vineyards during the incandescent 2023 vintage – a fabulous year for viticulture in the south of England.
Showing an elegant red berry character and beautifully supple texture, Dear Noodles crackles with energy and juicy acidity on its bone-dry finish.
Dear Noodles is a love letter in a bottle, with a label viewed from a different perspective... Or rather lack of label, as the colour and the flavour – as well as a few words from a stolen moment – tell you all you need to know.

Our new Hindleap Rosé 2018 vintage contains 61% Pinot Noir, 39% Pinot Meunier.
This elegant Rosé has aromas of soft peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and rose hip on the nose, underpinned by plum, Turkish delight, nectarine and violet notes that give a rounded wine with a delicate, creamy finish.
Kaiken Ultra Malbec (6 Bottles) Mendoza, Argentina
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Colour: Deep, intense red with purple/violet hues.
Nose: Intense aromas of purple fruits and violets, with notes of white flowers and black fruits, plus hints of white pepper and clove and subtle vanilla from oak.
Palate: A smooth, silky entry with rounded, well-integrated tannins, balanced structure and refreshing acidity. Fruit flavours of blackberries and raspberries carry through, complemented by delicate wood and spice, with a long finish that some tasters note as touched by liquorice.
Style/Origin: A single-varietal Malbec sourced from three Uco Valley sites (Altamira, Vistalva/Vistaflores and Gualtallary), aged around 12 months in French oak.
Pairing: Grilled red meats, stews, and mature cheeses.
