Our signature kombucha, citrus cascade, gets most of its delicate flavour from our wonderful green teas but we also add cascade hops during the primary fermentation adding a citrusy note.
We brew using a bespoke blend of green teas from some of the best tea plantations in China, all ethically traded by our partners at rare tea company. They only work with farmers using organic principles who don’t use chemical pesticide or herbicides.
Our Kombucha is brewed and barrel-fermented in our nano brewery situated on Nania’s Vineyard in central Bristol, we have perfected a can-conditioning process and hand-can our kombucha in small batches. We make an authentic kombucha that is RAW and alive inside. It’s very much the real deal and we’re so confident in the provenance of our brew that we offer a S.C.O.B.Y guarantee. If you can’t grow your own kombucha culture using one of our cans we will l happily refund your purchase.

Our Bacchus wine comes from our oldest vines close to the winery. This small vineyard produces a limited release of just 650 bottles each year and in previous years has won the Trophy for the best Bacchus in the WineGB West region twice.
This 2023 wine was slowly fermented using the wild yeastfrom the grapes and has resulted in a fragrant aromatic Bacchus with a delicate elderflower nose and a soft citrus palate. It is perfect on it’s own or with lighter styles of food.

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. On the nose aromas of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry, almond, rhubarb, Cherry Bakewell and vanilla leading to flavors of cooked cherries, black currant jam, vanilla, cranberries and blackberries.
It is smooth with a good length. Its tannin structure is well balanced and delicate, while still delivering an intense and complex taste. Enjoy this wine with roast beef, mushroom risotto, or game dishes. Well-balanced acidity and medium body create a crisp, lively texture that carries to a refreshing finish. Rich, ripe red made from Pinot Précoce and Pinot Noir grapes. Smoky mulberries and black cherries on the nose with an explosion of creamy dark fruits on the palate. Very long and moreish wine which has good structure and depth. Toasted vanilla oak flavours linger on the palate. This would pair well with duck or pheasant dishes and a good soft gooey cheese.
