Leslie’s Reserve Brut NV is a bright and fresh sparkling wine that captures the elegance and purity of English winemaking. Named after co-founder Leslie Balfour Lynn and first released in 2021 alongside the Rosé, this classic traditional method wine highlights Balfour’s signature style, emphasising fruit and aromatics with minimal reserve wine. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and full malolactic fermentation before ageing on lees for a minimum of 12 months.

This Chardonnay is an expression of site and season. It has a toasty savouriness with the well-judged intensity of pastry and biscuit never overwhelming the elegant fruit. On the palate it has wonderful concentration and acidic structure. Jérémie Huchet Chapeau Chenin Blanc 2024 (6 Bottles) Loire, France

Jérémie Huchet is a fourth-generation winemaker making his mark in Muscadet. Having taken over the family estate in 2001, Jérémie immediately went about purchasing some fantastic vineyards (which now total 64 hectares), and is slowly converting everything to organic viticulture. His white and red Chapeau wines are young wines meant for easy pleasure, while the clean, mineral L`Innatendu Muscadet is an excellent introduction to Jérémie`s vineyards and winemaking style.
Its nose is floral and develops aromas of white fruits and dried apricot. The mouth is rich, generous and well structured. The mid-palate is round, ample and nice-balanced. The long finish has a smooth but spicy character.
