The skin fermented method applied to such aromatic varietals results in a wine with super powerful aromas of grapefruit, grass and tropical fruit. The palate is dry and crisp with soft tannins and a long citrussy finish. A very food friendly wine!
Winemaker's Notes: Not your typical white wine, a wine for the lovers of 'orange wines'. Small parcels of very ripe and rare (in England) Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes were fermented on skins in the same way as you would a red wine for 7 days before being pressed. Only 500 bottles produced.

The blend includes 11% barrel-fermented wine and 12% aged reserve wines, with four years on lees for added complexity. Perfect for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with canapés and laughter. Llanerch Estates Poplar blend is made from carefully selected grapes nestled between the poplar trees and the farm house. The poplar trees create a microclimate that produces a delicious off-dry white wine with great acidity and citrus notes.

Made from our own early Pinot Noir together with Regent grapes from another Cornish vineyard. Winding Wood Brut Rosé 2020 (6 Bottles) Hungerford, Berkshire, England

This is our second release of sparkling rosé. Pressed, fermented, and bottled at Offbeat Wines by Daniel Ham, our winemaker. The grapes were hand-harvested and a whole bunch pressed. The wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle and then spent 18 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months ‘on cork’. Released June 2023. This is a 100% pinot-based rosé — a departure from our first which contained a blend of chardonnay and pinot.

Anthonij Rupert Wyne was founded on the farm, L’Ormarins in Franschhoek. Originally owned by the late Anthonij Rupert, who passed away in 2001, the farm was eventually taken over by his brother Johann Rupert in 2003 and the brand named after him. It was Johann Rupert who constructed a state-of-theart winemaking facility, catapulting the farm into a prestigious wine estate. The focus is on terroir specific wines and therefore it would seem obvious that the brand is made up of an impressive portfolio of farms representing the best in grape producing locations. The portfolio is made up of L’Ormarins from Franschhoek, Rooderust from Darling, Riebeeksrivier from the Swartland and Altima from isolated Elandskloof. Each site offers optimum varietal specific growing conditions, allowing Anthonij Rupert Wyne to adhere to the requirements of their different brands.
The wine presents a beautiful, delicate salmon pink hue. The nose is enticing, with charming aromas of raspberry and strawberry, complemented by a hint of peppery spice. On the palate, lively bubbles bring bright red berry flavours and a crisp acidity. Rich, creamy lees notes and toasted biscuit flavours from the secondary fermentation in the bottle add balance and depth. Playful yet serious, it offers excellent structure, length, and a clean, focused finish.
