Gardner Street has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus, married with a touch of ripe stone fruit from the barrel fermented Chardonnay.
Sourced from vineyard partners in Essex and Kent we harvested the vineyard parcels separately and fermented as small lots to allow the expression of their respective sites to shine through. 30% of the blend was fermented in neutral 300L French oak barrels and
allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, while the remaining parcels were fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and did not go through malolactic fermentation.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. The gravelly soils of the Wallcliffe vineyard have imparted a subtle minerality, while the wild-yeast fermentation has added a touch of nuance. Soft rounded full dry white wine, aged in French oak barrels, produced from Ortega and Chardonnay grapes grown in Dropmore Vineyard. Delicate vanilla aromas with hints of butterscotch and honey, plenty of character. Good ageing potential.
Ortega is a lesser-known grape variety in the UK, but gaining in popularity among those who have ‘’discovered” it! Named after Spanish philosopher, Jose Ortega y Gaffet, Ortega is a cross between Muller-Thurgau and Siegerrebe grapes.

Makarounas Winery is a family winery located on the beautiful village of Letymbou, a region with a long tradition in vine growing. Letymbou is located 14 kilometres east of the city of Pafos, on the west coast of Cyprus, and the Makarounas family have a viticultural history dating back four generations in the region. Makarounas Winery has the privilege of being the only winery in Cyprus that sources grapes solely from their privately-owned vineyards. The winery produces wines of ample power but with excellent drinkability, with a focus on indigenous grape varieties of Cyprus and organic viticulture.
This 100% Xynisteri is own-rooted bush vines ranging from 20-101 years old. The wine bursts with the flavour of preserved lemons, seasalt, and fresh citrus.
